...with Built-in Fresh Air Inlet

If you thought air conditioners were just for cooling then think again, because the Speedyfit CC Range uses reverse-cycle technology to deliver low cost heating and cooling all year round.

Featuring a compact main body with stylish underside fascia panel and a distinctive diamond edge external compressor, these cassette style systems are ideal for mounting into 600x600 suspended T-grid or plasterboard ceilings.

A built-in condensate pump helps to remove excess water from the indoor unit, which also features a fresh air inlet to minimise drowsiness often caused when recycling stale air in heavily occupied areas.

Available in 12000 and 18000 Btu model sizes, these systems can deliver low cost heating and cool refreshing air, making them ideal for commercial environments.

Supplied complete with a remote control handset and wall mounted controller, these systems can be upgraded to include a WIFI module that offers in-room voice activated control using an Alexa device and Smartphone monitoring and control from any location.

FAQ

Do these systems include a condensate pump?

Yes, all ceiling cassette systems in the RTF series include condensate pumps.

The pump built-in to the CC range can lift condensate up to height of 750mm.

How is the wall mounted controller connected?

The wall mounted controller is supplied with a 6m plug-in lead that connects directly to the indoor unit.

Longer lengths are available on request.

Where does the mains power connect?

CC systems only require a single connection to power both the indoor and external unit simultaneously.

Power to the indoor unit is supplied from the external compressor using the 4-core power and signal cable provided.

Power to the external compressor is connected via the pre-wired aircon isolation switch included with every CC system.

Are these cheaper to run than a regular electric heater?

Yes, the reverse cycle technology used in all Speedyfit RTF systems delivers over 4 times the amount of heat energy compared to a conventional electric heater.

At best, an electric heater generates 1kw of heat energy for every 1kw/h of electricity consumed. With a Speedyfit RTF heat pump system you generate up to 4.5kw of heat for the same 1kw/h of consumption.

To put it another way, end users can save over 75% on their electric heating bills and enjoy the benefit of cool fresh air during our warmer months.
